The lift also comes with different hitch adapter options depending on your vehicle's hitch receiver height from the ground, with the standard adapter covering 6"–18" and drop hitch adapters available for greater distances up to 26".
The Swing-Away arm is a highly recommended optional accessory for the Harmar Profile Compact Swing-Away Scooter Lift AL160 if you drive a van, SUV, truck, or crossover vehicle. It allows the entire lift to swing away from the rear of your vehicle, giving you easy access to your cargo area without having to remove the lift.
The Harmar Profile Compact Swing-Away Scooter Lift AL160 comes standard with a hardwire power supply at no extra cost, which connects via a power wire run from your vehicle's battery to the hitch area. An optional Battery Pack is also available for purchase if you prefer a non-hardwired setup.
