Which size should I choose, and who does it fit?

The Radiance comes in four sizes so you can match the chair to your height. The Petite Wide and Small models are sized for users 5'4" and below, the Medium fits 5'5"–6'1", and the Large/Tall suits users 6'2" and above. All four sizes hold up to 400 lbs. What comfort and positioning features does it have?

The Radiance is a four-motor recliner, giving you independent control of the power headrest, power lumbar, independent power backrest, and footrest extension. With True-Infinite Positioning, the backrest and footrest move separately so you can find just the right angle for reading, watching TV, or relaxing. It also includes a three-zone heat system with heating pads in the shoulders, lumbar, and seat that you adjust from the ergonomic toggle remote, plus a wireless phone charging station, a hidden cup holder, a USB charging port, and two programmable memory positions.

Will the chair still work if the power goes out?

Yes. The Radiance includes a lithium battery backup that keeps the chair operational if the power goes out, so you can still recline or bring the seat up toward a standing position during an outage. The backup is intended for short-term use until power is restored.

What warranty comes with it, and how is it delivered?

The Radiance is covered by Pride's 7-Year Pro-rated limited warranty. For delivery, you can choose Free Curbside Delivery at no charge, Inside Delivery for $199, or White Glove Delivery for $299 — so you can pick the level of setup that works best for your home.

Does this product require assembly?

Most products ship fully assembled or require minimal assembly. Some larger items (lift chairs, hospital beds) are delivered ready to use with White Glove delivery. Contact us at (803) 926-1493 if you have questions about a specific product.

What is the return policy?

Return eligibility depends on the product. Several categories — including lift chairs, power chairs, mobility scooters, and certain personal-care items — are non-returnable or subject to restocking and freight charges.
