It's height-adjustable to fit flat ceilings between 7 and 10 feet, so it works in most standard rooms. The grab bar itself can be positioned between 32 and 52 inches high to match your preferred grip height. It is designed for flat ceilings.
No drilling is required — the Wonder Pole HD installs using tension between the floor and ceiling, so you can place it without damaging your home. If you'd prefer added security, hardware is included to hard-mount the pole to the floor and ceiling, but that step is optional.
