Golden Rhea with Twilight & Nirvana Lift Chair

The Golden PR447 Rhea is rated for a 400 lb weight capacity in both the Medium and Large sizes. You choose your size by height and seat fit: the Medium fits users roughly 5'4" to 5'10" with a 22"-wide by 21"-deep seat, and the Large fits roughly 5'10" to 6'4" with a 24"-wide by 22"-deep seat. The PR447 uses Golden's patented Twilight Tilt with a 5-zone comfort positioning system driven by five independent motors, so you can adjust the head, lumbar, back, seat tilt, and footrest separately and stop the recline at any angle. The Twilight position raises your feet above heart level for a fully relaxed, legs-elevated recline. It also includes a programmable AutoDrive hand control that stores your favorite positions and has a USB port to charge your phone. Nirvana Swedish Massage with HeatWave heat is available as an optional wellness upgrade.

Yes. The PR447 ships with a lithium-ion battery backup already installed. If the power goes out while you're reclined, the backup lets the chair return to the upright position safely so you can get up. Keep a working 9V battery in place so the backup is ready when you need it — the rest of the chair's functions run off a standard 110V wall outlet.

The PR447 is backed by Golden Technologies' limited warranty, serviced through their authorized dealer network including Affordable Medical USA. For the original purchaser, coverage is lifetime on the frame, welds, and the lift-and-recline mechanism; 3 years on the electronics and hand control (and mechanical labor); 1 year on electrical labor and standard upholstery; and 30 days on cosmetic and wear items. Your PR447 ships free with curbside LTL freight delivery anywhere in the continental U.S. Because it's built to order in your chosen fabric, most orders ship within 3-7 business days and arrive within about 10-14 business days (add 30-45 days if you add a wellness upgrade). You can upgrade to Inside Delivery for a fee, or to White Glove service — recommended for first-time lift chair buyers — which includes uncrating, setup, a demo of the lift and AutoDrive control, and packaging removal. Please note lift chairs are non-returnable once shipped, so confirm your size, fabric, and features before ordering.
